ILANTHIRAIYAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.7060 of 2022 IN CRL OP.2020 of 2022 M.SIVA ADITYA [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, W24 ALL WOMEN POLICE STATION, TEYNAMPET, CHENNAI CRIME NO.6 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on every Saturday for a period of 4 weeks/until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl OP No.2020 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHAH AND SHAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2020 of 2022 on 04.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks, until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
