Heard Mr.S.Venkataraman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.T.P.Savitha, learned Government Advocate accepting notice for the respondents. By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.According to the petitioner, though he submitted the copy Application on 06.01.2016, for issuance of certified copy of the the Judgment and decree made in C.M.A.(C.S.)No.48 of 2004, he has not been issued with the same.
3.It is not known as to whether the copy application given by the petitioner is still pending or struck of. In any event, since the petitioner is aged about 70 years old, the Principal District Court, Salem, may consider the petitioner's Application https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and issue the certified copy of the Judgment and decree made in C.M.A(C.S)No.48 of 2004, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already issued.
