ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conduct boundary survey of the petitioner's land of an extent of 1.88 acres comprised in Survey Nos.17/5, 17/6, 17/7 & 17/8 situated at Namasivayapuram Village, Thodukadu, Thiruvallur Taluk, Thiruvallur District and place measuring boundary stones on the basis of the petitioner's applications dated 01.10.2020 and 20.04.2022.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that already a survey has been conducted on 18.05.2022, however the writ petitioner has refused to sign the document.

Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the petitioner cannot seek such conducting of survey repeatedly, now, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no copies were furnished and no such survey is conducted. Be that as it may, this Court in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner directs the respondents to conduct survey of the petitioner's land of an extent of 1.88 acres comprised in Survey Nos.17/5, 17/6, 17/7 & 17/8 situated at Namasivayapuram Village, Thodukadu, Thiruvallur Taluk, Thiruvallur District by giving notice to the neighbouring land owners 2/4

and any other interested persons and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
