ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 19.03.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.1444 of 2024, on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry by waiving the condition that the Petitioner shall appear and sign before the SHO, Yanam, Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3.Having considered the arguments advanced, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry in para no.6(1) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Station House Officer, Karaikal Town Police Station, Karaikal, Puducherry and two weeks time is granted to comply the condition. 03.04.2024 rjr 1/3 2/3
