ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 17.02.2021 for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 34 and 109 of IPC in Cr.No.06 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that A1 impersonated the owner of the property, colluded with A6 and created fake power of Attorney and sold the property to A2. Thereafter, A2 sold the property to A5. Thereafter, A5 mortgaged the property and alienated the property. The petitioner is arrayed as A5 in the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.Heard the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
