ORDER

This company petition is filed seeking winding up of the respondent company and appointing the Official Liquidator, High Court, Madras, as the Liquidator to take charge and secure all the assets of the respondent company.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e.,on 11.12.2017, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that already winding up order has been passed and initial deposit has already been made before the Official Liquidator.

3. The said factum is also acknowledged by the Official Liquidator. In view of the same, this company petition stands closed. 11.12.2017 raa
