The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 06.03.2015 passed in Na.Ka.No.2930/2011/B1 on the file of the respondent herein and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
