No.162 Finance (Pc) Department dated 13.04.1998 according to the petitioner husbands total service from the date of his initial appointment dated 15.09.1979 with all consequential monetary benefits pay all arrears within a stipulated time period.

PRAYER in WP No. 376 of 2026; This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 01.02.2025 to give selection grade as per G.O.MS. No.162 Finance (Pc) Department dated 13.04.1998 according to our total service from the date of initial appointment with all consequential monetary benefits pay all arrears within a stipulated time period. PRAYER in WP No. 389 of 2026; This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 01.02.2025 to give selection grade as per G.O.MS. No.162 Finance (Pc) Department dated 13.04.1998 according to petitioner husband's total service from the date his initial appointment dated 07.05.1980 with all consequential monetary benefits pay all arrears within a stipulated time period.

No.162 Finance (Pc) Department dated 13.04.1998 according to the petitioners husbands total service from the date of his initial appointment dated 15.09.1979 with all consequential monetary benefits pay all arrears within a stipulated time period.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the representations will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the

limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 01.02.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
