Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the 1st respondent Police to register a case against the offenders on the basis of the Accident Register Copy issued in A.R.No.5870671, by the Mundiampakkam Government Hospital and on the basis of the statement recorded by the 1st respondent at the hospital on 17.6.2014 and further complaint dated 19.6.2014 sent to the 2nd respondent and take up fair and proper investigation in the matter of intentional and willful attempt to kill the petitioner in a public place under the guise of road traffic accident.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct to direct the 1st respondent Police to register a case against the offenders on the basis of the Accident Register Copy issued in A.R.No.5870671, by the Mundiampakkam Government Hospital https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and on the basis of the statement recorded by the 1st respondent at the hospital on 17.6.2014 and further complaint dated 19.6.2014 sent to the 2nd respondent and take up fair and proper investigation in the matter of intentional and willful attempt to kill the petitioner in a public place under the guise of road traffic accident.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. Closure Report also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
