Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayana, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and Dr.C.Ravichandran, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of respondents 2 and 3.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a mandamus directing the respondents to sanction one incentive increment to the petitioner for having acquired M.Phil decree, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2014. 3.In view of the narrow prayer made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law by taking into consideration G.O.Ms.(2D) No.15 dated 28.03.2013 and G.O.Ms(1D) No.264 dated 27.08.2013 issued by the school Education Department and the earlier order passed this Court in W.P.No.33863 of 2013 dated 13.12.2013, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
