2. The petitioner is challenging the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
3. The petitioner has a remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
4. In the light of that, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. In that event, all contentions of the respective parties are kept open. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.9802 and 9804 of 2024 are closed. (S.V.G., CJ.)
