ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus seeking to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2021 and 06.12.2021 for change of name in the patta pertaining to the petitioner's agricultural land comprised in S.No.208/3 situated at S.Nallur Revenue Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk and District an extent of 1 Hectare 3.50 Ares or 2 Acres 60 cents.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 07.06.2022, the second respondent/Tahsildar had issued patta in favour of the petitioner. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.G1/3017/2022 dated 27.06.2022 issued by the second respondent/Tahsildar to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission, no further order is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
