This petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant praying to order substituted service by publication in one issue of Makkal Kural Tamil Daily at Chennai Edition.

2. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner /appellant is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 07.06.2023.
