CHANDRASEKHARAN, J., The learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Additional Mahila Court (FAC), Cuddalore, in his request letter, has stated that the RW1 was cross examined on 03.10.2022, 13.10.2022 and 18.10.2022 and this case was posted on 03.11.2022 for continuation of cross examination of RW1. Therefore, the learned trial Judge submits that due to lengthy cross examination of witnesses, the trial was not completed within the time stipulated by this Court and sought for extension of time to complete the trial.

2. Taking note of the request of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Additional Mahila Court (FAC), Cuddalore, time is extended by four months from today (02.01.2023).

3. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Additional Mahila Court (FAC), Cuddalore, is directed to complete the trial within the time and report the same to the Registry.
