ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a mandamus seeking payment of interest for belated payment of the difference of commutation

amount.

2. Heard the learned standing counsel for the respondent also. 3.The respondent may examine the service register of the petitioner and if there is a delay in paying the difference of commutation amount, then the respondent may pay interest on the said amount at 6% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of actual disbursal. This exercise must be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
