The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 24.02.2015 in accordance with law. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that his representation dated 24.02.2015 seeking for cancellation of patta has not yet been disposed of by the respondent.

3.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader and also taking into consideration the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
