Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to execute the order dated 30.09.2017 vide proceedings in Pro No. K3/123358/2017 on the file of the 1st respondent within time bound manner and hand over physical possession of property comprised in Survey Numbers.180/1 180/2 situated at Kodanad Panchayath Board Limit Kotagiri Village and Taluk, Nilgiri District to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.K.Myilsamy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.N.Somasundar, learned counsel for respondents 3 & 4.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the order under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 was passed in the year 2017, the same is not yet executed.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the action to execute the said order, in accordance with law, would be undertaken expeditiously.

4. In view of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. (S.V.G., CJ.) (P.D.A., J.) 28.07.2023 Index :
