ORDER
This matter has been adjourned on several occasions, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner workman.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent even after verification submits that inspite of her best efforts, nothing could be traced out from the respondent corporation.
3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, print out of the particulars from e-courts website is also placed before this Court. From the same, the array of parties and the prayer is clear. Therefore, with the help of the same, Registry is directed to reconstruct the copy of the writ petition alone.
4. In view of the repeated listing of this case, even though the writ 2/6
petition is of the year 2006, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
5. It can be seen that this matter was listed under the caption for 'final hearing' in the year 2020 and on 05.03.2020, it seems that the matter was dismissed for default and on 12.03.2020, the said order was revoked and the matter is treated as pending.
6. In view of the same, since the workman has not appeared even before this Court for the past two hearing, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that there is an error in the appearance portion.
3. Accordingly, the appearance portion shall be corrected as follows: "For Petitioner : No appearance For R1 to R3 : Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi Standing Counsel for Chennai Corporation"
4. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy by carrying out the said correction in appearance portion.
