Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in proceeding Na.Ka.No.28509/Q2/2015 dated 22.04.2020 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and to direct the respondents to disburse the service benefits to the petitioner.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also submitted a letter to the Registry dated 27.12.2021 to withdraw this writ petition.
