Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in proceeding Na.Ka.No.28509/Q2/2015 dated 22.04.2020 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and to direct the respondents to disburse the service benefits to the petitioner.
