Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writs of Certiorari to call for the records of the first respondent impugned order under Section 13 (2) Chapter III of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 dated 29/7/2013, 29/7/2013 and 26/8/2013 respectively, peruse and quash the same.

AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to move before the Debts Recovery Tribunal and makes an endorsement to that effect, as under:- " Petitioner may be given liberty to approach the DRT on the ground of irregularity in the 13 (2) notice."

2. In view of the above, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforestated, if so advised, under the provisions of law. Consequently, M.P. Nos. 1,1 and 1 of 2015 are dismissed. No costs.
