The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.229 of 2013 and also filed a charge sheet and same has been assigned as S.C.No.76 of 2018 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pondicherry, as such the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
