O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to provide an alternate accommodation to the petitioner in any of the tenements constructed in the adjacent land at Perumbakkam Village.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent that the petitioner has not submitted any representation regarding the relief as prayed in the writ petition. If such an application is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the fourth respondent on merits and in accordance with law.

3. The above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent is hereby recorded. The petitioner is directed to submit an application seeking alternate accommodation to the fourth respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being made, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the same upon perusal of the necessary documents and pass appropriate orders, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
