ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for her deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.479 of 2023 dated 10.01.2023, thereby the respondent was 1/4

directed to file final report in crime No.711 of 2021 within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the referred charge sheet in RCS.No.31 of 2023 showing that the case has been closed as undetected.

3. Recording the aforesaid referred charge sheet, this contempt petition is closed.
