.. Respondents Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for committing contempt of Court by willfully disobeying the orders passed by this Court in WP No.17774 of 2018 dated 17.7.2018.

O R D E R

The learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, filed an order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 16.4.2019 stating that the appointment of the writ

petitioner was cancelled in the said proceedings dated 16.4.2019 itself. However, the said effect was not brought to the notice of this Court at the time of passing the interim order. It is further contended by the learned Special Government Pleader that the copy of the cancellation order dated 16.4.2019 had been served to the writ petitioner also. Under these circumstances, the contempt petition deserves no further consideration and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
