O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 01.04.2019 and for consequential direction to forthwith issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the lands measuring 1.05 acres in survey No.178/2 and land measuring 0.42 cents in survey No.182/1, totalling acre 1.47 cents at Agaram Then Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpet District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the claim made by the petitioner was rejected by the third respondent by proceedings dated 03.07.2020. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this order has not been communicated to the petitioner. 4.The learned special Government Pleader submitted that the copy of the order will be communicated to the learned counsel for the petitioner today itself.

5.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
