The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the appeal against the acquittal judgement passed in Spl.C.C.No.28 of 2014 dated 26.11.2024 on the file of the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
