This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the above appeal against the Judgement of the Additional District and Sessions Judge of Hosur dated 02.04.2024 in S.C.No.47 of 2021.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
