2. Crl.A.No.468 of 2008 is preferred as against the judgment dated 22.04.2008 made in C.C.No.306 of 2004 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Salem.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant in the above appeals stated that the dispute involved in the case has been settled before the elders of the Village and hence, he is not pressing both appeals in Crl.A.Nos.466 and 468 of 2008 as the matters had been settled out of Court.

4.The learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeals as not pressed and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Hence the appeals are dismissed as not pressed.
