CMP.NO.16717/2016 IN CRP.NO.1934/2016 MDJ Already this Court, on the earlier occasion, had vacated the Interim stay, granted on 28.6.2016 in CMP.Nos.10086 and 14290/2016 by order dated 15.9.2016.

In these circumstances, I do not find any reason to grant an order of Interim Stay. Hence the stay petition in CMP.No.16717 of 2016 stands dismissed.
