2.The revision petitioner is the husband, who has filed the H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2020 to declare that the marriage between himself and the respondent as 'null and void'.

3.It is seen in the e-court case status that the matter was posted for filing counter and thereafter, for enquiry. It is needless to state that the Sub Court are saddled with so many other cases also along with matrimonial cases. From the status of the case it is not seen that there is any wanton delay on the part of the Court. However, considering the emotional issue involved in the matrimonial cases, it is appreciable if the learned trial Judge disposes the H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction that the learned Subordinate Judge, Harur, shall dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible. No costs. 30.06.2022 vkr Index:Yes No Speaking Order:Yes/No 2/4
