ORDER

The Revision Petitioner herein is the plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.1827 of 2015 on the file of IV Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore for the relief of declaration against the defendants 1 to 3.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner is only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that the plaintiff, who is suffering from mental illness, for which, she wanted to refer her for medical examination with regard to mental illness. To that effect, an application was filed in the year 2023, but the trial judge has simply adjourned the matter and so far it was not considered. So, he wanted for speedy disposal of the said application.

4. On seeing the facts, all these years, the case was simply adjourned and now, the age of revision petitioner is 63 years old senior citizen. Considering that, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to consider the application and dispose the same as per manner known to law within a period of three

weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
