CRIME NO.311 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before Respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., till the complaint of investigation by this Hon'ble Court while granting bail in Crl.O.P.No.7405 of 2022 vide order dated 04.04.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NITHYAESH NATARAJ, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7405 of 2022 on 04.04.2022, to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m till the completion of the investigation.

report has already been filed. Recording the same, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7405 of 2022 on 04.04.2022 is relaxed.
