ORDER
Heard Mr.R.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Sounthar, learned counsel for the respondent. 2.

P.R.SHIVAKUMAR.J srn 3.
The said order is only a docket order, which reads as follows:
"Both are present and enquired in chamber. At request, enquiry by 26.08.2015."
4.
The above said order does not give finality even to the application. Hence, the present revision challenging the said order can be viewed as an 'abuse of process', besides an attempt to prolong the case. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition does have no merit in it and the same deserves to be dismissed.
5.
Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.04.2016 srn To The Subordinate Court, Chidambaram C.R.P (PD) No.3473 of 2015 and M.P.No.1 of 2015
