Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent 1 and 3 to remove the encroachments made by the 4th respondents from the government Poramboke cart track in Survey No. 73/1 situated at Panamarathuppatti (Kallavi) village, Uthangarai Taluk and Krishnagiri district on considering the petitioners representation dated 13.02.2024 and issue a direction to evict the encroachment made in the cart track.

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.A.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Encroachment is alleged on the road.

3. Learned State Government Pleader submits that survey would be conducted preferably within a period of six months from today and depending upon the report of the survey, further steps, in accordance with law, would be undertaken.
