PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to file the final report concerned in Crime No.398 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to file the final report concerned in Crime No.398 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.398 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 341, 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, has been completed and the final report is made ready. He would submit that the final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of three months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), direction is issued to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.398 of 2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
