ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.556 of 2017 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kallakurichi.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The Trial Court namely, the Subordinate Court, Kallakurchi, may endeavour to dispose of O.S.No.556 of 2017 by adopting the following method:- (i)When pleadings are settled and after issues are framed, depending on the seniority the suit may be posted in the Special List. (ii)When the matter is posted in the Special List, the trial may be conducted on a day to day basis and if that is not practically possible, it should be conducted by granting adjournments of only maximum of three working days in between any two adjournments during the course of trial.
(iii).The learned Subordinate Judge, Kallakurichi, may also ensure that not more than two adjournments are granted or requested by the witnesses for the same reason.
(iv).The plaintiff and the defendants are directed to co-operate during the trial, which should be conducted in the aforesaid manner. 4.The learned Subordinate Judge, Kallakurichi, would then be able to complete the trial within a reasonable period of time, from the time of recording of evidence is commences.
5.With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
