ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.05.2015, investigate into the same and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on the ground that the complaint is false.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner/complainant, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
