Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to furnish the petitioner, the documents required by him in his representations dated 01.06.2015 and 06.06.2015 in respect of the enquiry being conducted by the 2nd respondent under Section 81 of the Tamilnadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 and conclude the enquiry only thereafter, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The issue lies in a narrow compass.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is facing an enquiry under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. According to him, the documents, relied on by the respondents, are not provided. He wanted 20 documents.

3. A counter affidavit is filed. It is now stated that out of 20 documents, 10 documents are furnished.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in respect of other documents, if those documents are available, the petitioner could be permitted to peruse those documents.

5. In view of such a request, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to peruse those documents, if those documents are available on records.
