(Heard through video conferencing) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying to set aside the decreetal order dated 11.01.2016 passed in E.A.No.109 of 2015 in O.S.No.169 of 2009 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Villupuram.

2. There is no representation for the petitioners.

3. However, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the suit property has been delivered on 26.06.2015 during the execution proceedings taken and hence nothing survives in this matter.

4. As there is no representation for the petitioner and also by taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is ordered as dismissed.
