ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 452 & 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.136 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein has gone to the shop of the de facto complainant and intimidated them so that he will be paying regular protection money (mamool). The case was registered on 15.02.2022. When the petitioner earlier moved the anticipatory bail petition, this Court on considering the gravity of the offence and the injury caused has dismissed the petition on 04.03.2022. 3. Considering the gravity of the crime and the abscondence of this petitioner after committing the offence of intimidating the de facto complainant with dire consequences, grant of anticipatory bail may lead to threat to the de facto complainant.
