(CR.NO.742/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before respondent police monthly twice (i.e) on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 am until further orders in the above Crl.M.P. No.856 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.25432 of 2021 dated 31.01.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.856 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25432 of 2021, dated 31.01.2022.
