This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.7(b) the petitioner to report before the respondent Police Station Page No.1 of 4
everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.4562 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4562 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 is relaxed.
