Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent herein to willfully neglecting and disobeying the order of this Court dated 15.10.2015 made in W.P.No.33085 of 2015 and thereby committing contempt.

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the order of this Court, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition, has been complied with by the respondents by passing G.O.No.221 dated 20.05.2016.

2. In response to the said submission, learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner would submit that only partial compliance is given and prays for appropriate orders.

3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent/contemnor has taken into consideration all the relevant facts and has reached the logical conclusion and passed orders.

4. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, this Contempt Petition is closed.
