This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17286 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26263 of 2024 dated 06.12.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m until further order of this Court. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17286 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26263 of 2024 dated 06.12.2024 that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m until further orders" is relaxed.
