ORDER

Challenging the endorsement made by the ameen, the petitioner had preferred this Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the ameen has made an endorsement that after due verification, he found that there is no such temple office existing as per the address submitted by the petitioner. It is the contention of the petitioner that the ameen had made an endorsement in the summon that there is no temple office in the address of the respondent and subsequently, an endorsement has been made stating that 'office is not functioning' by some body else.

3. Admittedly, even as per the endorsement of the ameen, after due verification he found that in the address of the respondent, there is no such temple office in existence. Even the other endorsement made subsequently, after the endorsement of the ameen, the same also reveals that there is no such office in existence. Hence, I do not find any merits in this revision.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order vrc To
