Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent issued in Roc.No.21364/09/B1, dated 18.12.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the pension as per the last pay drawn on the date of his retirement i.e.,30.06.2006 (i.e.,Rs.25,190/- instead of Rs.20,700/-) based on which the provisional pension of Rs.9,026/- has been sanctioned from 01.07.2006. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 29.04.2015 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ petition for withdrawal and to grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
