This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings by which Legal Heirship Certificate bearing No.D.Dis.B4/6395/2018 in Sl.No.709/2018 dated 27.12.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to consider petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2021.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
