This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.32040 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 in so far as reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32040 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 is relaxed.
