This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.43777 of 2023.

2.The 2nd respondent is represented through counsel and the respondents 3 to 5 have been served and their names have also been printed in the cause list.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for 2nd respondent and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 32 days is condoned.

5.The name of the counsel for the 2nd respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
