This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is the case of the complainant that during the pendency of the divorce proceedings, her husband has married another woman which is not a cognizable offence under Section 494 IPC and hence, no positive direction can be granted.
